Rates & Insurance

3LINES does offer some sliding-scale services, depending on need. All sessions typically last 45-53 minutes. This is to ensure that we have sufficient time within the scheduled hour to complete your session notes, staff cases, and to deliver therapy homework materials, if needed.

Private Pay Rates

Individual: $180

Couples: $200

Please note that most insurance plans do not cover couples; therefore, we only accept private pay for all couples sessions

Payment

We accept HSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment and you have not notified us at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $75 cancellation fee.
