In my life, I have sought kindness and understanding from others. I have endured hardship and trauma, which have shaped me into the person I am today. I understand the value of suffering and the importance of feeling seen, heard, and understood by others, even strangers. Being human means yearning for meaning and validation. Sometimes, it feels impossible to find these within ourselves without the helping hand of someone who sees beyond our outward appearance and behavior.
I create a safe space for my clients to genuinely open up, receive support, and gain practical tools to address their challenges. I strive to help them make meaningful changes and reflect on their lives and relationships. Regardless of their identity or experiences, I want them to feel comfortable being their true selves in our shared space.
